2nd September 2013 was a proud moment for OSCAR, when the District Welfare Officer visited the Oscar Institute of Orissa. The Government officials visited the Institute to inspect the on-going training programs, quality of training, and residing services by OSCAR. So, the happy moment came when the officials appreciated OSCAR for delivering the best training program. They interacted with the students and faculty presented at the institute. We all congratulate OSCAR for the success of their hard work and dedication.
